So today I start physical therapy exercises to help control and hopefully lessen daily π pain from different health issues. The ones starting with are: 1. Supine Neck Rolls 2. Seated Shoulder Table Slides, 3. Pelvic Clocks β°οΈ π and 4. Heel Slides. π Now to just be brave and do them and help myself. Sometimes things that should be or seem easy not so much.
